I have also done the same with the first Mega Man X game. I've done every possible challenge I can think of. No weapons, no armor, no dash, no hits, reverse directions on dpad, upside down, blindfolded. Randomizers. A playthrough with each Rock Band controller. And yet I still come back to it multiple times a year.
