If that's too much then others like Auteru are also married but their spouse doesn't have much presence on stream. If you want something more than that then Sansin's got a daughter's who's appeared on stream a handful of times, while Vexoria's husband became a vtuber and they have a couple of kids who have appeared on stream before. Always at random though and not as a planned bit because that would be weird. And the gold standard for a vtuber family is probably Silvervale, whose brother and mother both became vtubers.
