>train>station>4 lane road with a median, maybe a highwayCover isn't dumb, so my first guess is that it's somewhere close to the event venue, the Makuhari Messe, rather than close to an important location. So I looked at what kind of trains run on the nearest rail line, and sure enough, the E233-5000 series train matches. The same magenta stripe near top, the same arrangement of 4 doors and 3 windows with one being narrower. From here, all I had to do was look at satellite images of roads near stations on the line.

Further from the convention center than I expected, but overall still a location that they would be expected to pass through on the way from most of Tokyo.
