Having the same taxes for both of them doesn't make sense and will only allow more stupid and no brain strategies, leading to an infinite cycle of buying 10x and selling 5x, making someone's volume be bigger and bigger. I say it would be ideal for only the multisell to have the lower or half the tax.
I think it would be interesting to see if which coins everyone will sell more than they can buy in a single day. Besides, we've been buying coins for how long now because of stacking dividends.
