This is why the majority of foreign companies do this EXCEPT for vtuber companies, it seems. Vtuber companies think it's OK to ask someone to stay up to 5AM for a meeting with their manager and his manager, and that's fucking stupid. No company should be ran that way. Even if it means a bunch of screeching SJW Californians start making them preach trans rights, at least they won't be unhappy.
The #1 problem I've seen from all of these reports (again, we don't know what exactly is wrong because we can't trust half of what anyone is saying, they're all allusions to things and not hard facts of what happened) is that managers are putting some of the work they should be doing (Ina's visa, anyone?) onto talents and the managers at Cover who are over those managers and their talents don't speak the same language but they expect to have the same working relationship as if they work in the same office. That's just absurd. No foreign-language company operates like that normally. They should answer to a singular CEO at a singular company who doesn't expect them to do work in Japanese.
But again, what do I know? I'm posting rrats on the internet based on othe rrats. None of us are speculating in reality because we don't know what the reality even is. we're basing this on speculation.
