Riku Tazumi described himself in an interview some time ago as a person who follows the hottest trends and wants to make big profits quickly. If one project fails in his eyes, he moves on to the next one to milk it dry. Rinse and repeat. I genuinely hate him from the bottom of my heart considering his current success is mainly built on a lot of goodwill, passion and maybe to some degree also naivety of people he hires. The consolidation of former branches, projects like yumenographia and the way Nijisanji is set up on releasing new waves of talents within a short amount of time while also keeping talent support to a necessary minimum just fits too well into this, but that's just my personal opinion desu.
