I commented on the general discussion already but I just wanted to add that I don't think the "your oshi/chuuba of your choice" requests are necessarily bad. If it was a porn request I would ignore it but if it's just like "on a dinner date with your oshi" or some other innocuous situation, I don't think just because they didn't specifically pick a chuuba themselves means they don't care about vtubers or something. People making requests, I imagine, can't prompt themselves and might not know what chuubas are possible to make or don't want to get their request ignored by accidentally choosing someone that is impossible to make. Just because we have the tags and lora rentry in the OP doesn't mean a requester is going to read them.
