I genuinely don't think the difference between 11.0k and 11.1k is as relevant as the difference between having a top stream on 17k is from the potential HoloEN has.
Any discussion about their recent numbers and the comparison with each other is dumb, considering how different their current numbers are from their past numbers.
11.0k, 11.1k, 17.1k, 18.2k, that's all the same number with that in mind
