The only thing I can think would stop Hololive from recruiting them is the fact it could spark drama if they start picking up Nijis at a time the company's rep is spiraling. On one hand, you might be able to recruit an existing audience, on the other you could just recruit someone fresh & avoid involving yourself in Riku's affairs.
