Hello champa's, food champ here. just finished enjoying a delicious noodle stir-fry with green beans, carrots, Onion, and mincemeat. all with a sweet but tangy teriyaki ouster sauce. It was a quick cook, but worth it. The flavors really came together with the crunchy carrots contrasting in a sea of udon noodle goodness.
