If Doki wanted to sue Niji, she'd have to sue them in Japan, which she would still likely win, but it'd take years and wouldn't be worth the stress or legal fees. If Niji wanted to sue Doki, though, they'd get absolutely buttfucked due to having to do it in Canada.
And remember, these are the complete morons who lost a case to fucking Narukami in Japan after the judge threw Narukami's case out the window.
