If it's a fancier lighthouse, the lamp might be enclosed in a fresnel lens. In either case, the odds of the fire spreading from the lamp to the tree are relatively low; would basically require breaking the lamp open, since the flame is fully contained. Might want to not have branches where the lamp room is just in case. The room could also be fireproofed if you grew a moist moss on the walls and floors.
