Well, turned out putting in online status in the spreadsheet was actually possible with a bit of googling. Its scraping the data from sullygnome so it is a bit inaccurate (some people who recently went online/offline take a while to update), and I suspect it may completely ignore new or very small channels. And it does take some time for the spreadsheet to load. But it does work!
I might try to scrape the data from twitch itself. It might work better for certain things. I will see if I can get something working with that later, and I will pretty up the message as well tomorrow or something.
