>>67664722I just use that to easily paint the mask that defines the area the character will be in. You could use any way you want to get a mask, I just find it easiest this way. As for what image, preferably something that's the same size as your image BEFORE the upscaling, but it's also fine to use whatever, as the maskComposite(that should be in all of them?) will either add to or clip the mask to make it fit(Keep in mind that it might change the relative position and size of your mask in that case.)
I just use one of the backgrounds generated by the first KSampler. Hope I didn't ramble too much.
