Really liking Newbie, once you get it down this model is super flexible/powerful (Neta isn't even in the same league). It also has way more knowledge (character+style) than Noob and they are fairly accurate, at least the one I tried. I am not sure the cutoff date but I got it to do Yumia from the new atelier game and I think that only released in march so I assume cutoff is somewhere summer this year.
