When I was 16 my mom and grandparents tried to call the cops on me because I was doing a project with my classmates after school and couldn't get my mom on her cellphone so they 'didn't know where I was' like it's a crazy thing for a teenager to just live their life. Having parents who don't cluelessly wreck your life and then wonder why grandkids aren't just appearing would be great.
