So no, there's nothing bringing them back. At most they might stop getting blacklisted by the wider western vtuber community but it won't save their numbers because for the most part westerners never watched them aside from Pomu and Selen. Also the odds of getting undeniable proof that she faked/lied about her suicide attempts would be virtually impossible without her directly admitting it.
