Soft doxxing, that is, revealing a vtuber's roommate twitter account, is meh. A it's bad if it's clearly a personal/irl account, but if it's their previous e-celeb/semi-anonymous account, I don't see it being a big deal.
Hard doxxing is really bad, if not criminal tier. Publishing someone's full name, address, family connections, phone number and other clearly personal information that most people wouldn't give to strangers is a scummy thing to do, and anyone in favor of it deserves a XXL steel dragon dildo shoved up their asses
Not spreading your personal info all over the internet is also a personal responsibility though. Don't put your address on facebook, you fucking retards.
