>>105097582>A year since graduation You're young, don't worry. And getting your drivers license (I think that's what you're talking about) is easy. Everyone can do it. So you will be able to as well.
The best thing you can do is never be demoralized. A unique demoralization your generation faces is the demoralization into thinking future work is going to be destroyed by AI. A lot of young people are going to get sideswiped by the propaganda.
Find what you're good at and what you can make a lot of money in. At the cross roads of those two criteria, you will find a good career for yourself to develop. That was advice my old neighbor gave me a few years ago.
Jesus bless you anon, and goodnight!
I believe in you.
As a side note, it's worth looking into getting certifications related to your field over the next year or two (ideally before you apply for internships, which is basically essential nowadays). Google offers free certifications, but I suggest you look up on ChatGPT what certifications would be good for your field of study to help you get internships as a student. Separately look up what general certifications would be good to get that you can attain in under a month (like Microsoft's Office one or whatever it's called. Same with some other one's google has).
Another rabbit whole is IT certifications. But those are if you want to get into IT. For anons interested, you don't really even need a degree still to start a career in IT, at least so long as you have the right certifications and get some entry experience with helpdesk under your belt. You can look it up on YouTube if you'd like more info.
Again, best of luck, anon!
