Kirby lucked out by getting an ability that allows him to copy the ability of anything he swallows. Meta Knight is quite literally so proficient with the sword that technically only Kirby is powerful enough to keep up with his skills and strikes. There are also more "Kirbies" out there with just terrifying universe destroying powers like Kirby. Kirby lore is kind of extremely fucked up.
