COVER CLIMBS UP
Cover manages to still climb up, breaking into 2715 yen (37) for the day. A new high for them in these past 6 months. They would peak around lunch before seeing a downward trend that they'd snap out of in the last hour to save their day. They see a 178 yen gain for the week so far.
ANYCOLOR STOCKS UP
Anycolor stock continue to climb up, hitting a rare high of 2270 yen (51) for the day. Their performance was relatively stable, seeing a bumpy but upward trend save for a small fall right after lunch. Today's closing price also marks the first time they've been above their pre-Q1 report price (2255) for the first time since October 16th, nearly two months prior. This week so far sees a 160 yen gain for them.
It is roughly 24 hours before the Anycolor Q2 report drops, with one market day to before that. As a reminder, do not get your hopes up for a immediately collapse akin to the 2024 Q3 report in March. As Anycolor has consistently shown in their last two reports that they'll either buyback shares or announce dividends.
OTHER
The gap has shrunken slightly, with it currently being 445 yen between the two companies.
The NIKKEI sees a 0.43% gain. It's unlikely to be a major factor in how Anycolor will do in the market after the report drops, as it has stagnated between 38k-39k for the last two months.
