If anny didn't offer to draw Neuro for free, we'd either still have hiyori, or another fag would come in and make the same offer. Sure, Vedal is willing to pay anny now but he's either not offering all that much or he just doesn't really care.
The only thing that's really unacceptable about the current state of the model is the fact that evil is still using Neuro's default pins, despite the fact she has long since grown into her own character.
