Selen may have been a menhera and complete ass to work with behind the scenes but those people handled it like complete retards in the worst way imaginable.
They miscalculated and severely underestimated how much goodwill Selen had among the fanbase. How could they be so naive as to think that the western audience would side with the corporation over the employee that was being singled out? Have they worked with Nijisanji for so long that they've forgotten how Western people will be biased toward the employee rather than the company?
Just a severe fuck up on all accounts.
