You won't be able to know that from the trailer, only the game files. Which is why it's a lot easier to take down rom hacks or mods that uses Pokemon IP when they're announced since the smoking gun is already there.
On the other hand, figuring out stuff like Pal World taking existing Pokemon rigging and just altering it a bit for their own creature is how you start to build a case that holds up in court.
