I am confused, I seen quite a few fanart of Bettel with the star pattern on his neck, it made me double check since I knew it wasn't part of his design and I am right, it isn't. The pattern is only on his scarf thing.
I don't know why there's so many of them like this, I like it a lot but it really made me believe it was part of his design for a while.
