So if 1 person makes a size scene they can share that scene data with anyone else and that person can just load it and swap the characters involved or make other changes they want. Same thing with cards. If you absolutely must have gigantic tits on a character but the card has small tits it takes very little effort to load the card up, make the tits huge, and then save it.
Also you can just make goofy silly shit if you don't feel like doing a size scene so you can actually share it in art tags and stuff. You can just download the Better Repack version for free to get the full game + a billion mods preinstalled so the only barrier to entry is having a PC that can run it
