It gets more obvious that it is skin when you can see the legs and hands and whatnot. Even then, I'd say she isn't a full 1. Certainly not a 2 of course though.
Pic related is from the site for the model but it isn't accurate since the nose is clearly un-updated. Hope you don't mind me posting it Tommie, don't want to ruin any surprises you had in mind.
