Nada más que decir entonces...If it was in my hands I would first look for a decent fashion designer in my home base/country (where the company is located in) and have them design the characters (color theory, solid silhouette and a remarkable motiff) and then get those designs through a local (again, home base) weeb illustrator so they are vtubified... but as one of you said, the market is ass and returns would be minimal and the fad is going away.
