I don't care who Sinon met up with, she should not be takeing time off for non important things this early on, the surgery isn't for another week or so. Surgery is surgery so whatever, but why is she takeing a break now? Obviously so she can go hang with her friends or whatever (not a good reason) or shes too lazry or stupid to maintain her set up. If it was just the surgery she would have floen it, got it done and flown home a couple dats later, hell she could have just got it done in the US because her familly are rich. She wanted an excuse to have a vacation.
