When it works it's great, the masking everyone but girl and prompting Not Mask is so useful in tying everything together.Masking works well for sure. I tried a different way for this one where I upscaled each girl individually and then put them all together before inpainting them to blend it. I don't know if it was more or less efficient than the alternative but I figured it might be worth a shot. IMHO img2img multidiffusion upscale looks better than straight up inpainting so I wanted to make the final version look slightly better if I could.
It lead to some... interesting outputs too.
