Silver is her own goddamn woman that took her own decisions, are you realizing that behavior is really toxic in a friendship? Mouse was the only person approached about the "issue" in regard to Silver, dunno why she has to be the one that was magically going to fix everything.
Now, the only reasonable thing is that Mouse was against having to deal with the game, which she kinda did. She thought both sides were really stupid. Now if that's Silver issue with it, well I can kinda understand it, but again you can be in disagreement with your friend just fine, don't have to be all like petty asking what a fucking friend is, if despite of that both have been inviting of the other.
