Hey Layna, you really should try mace-training, I trained for years until I was able to do 2000 reps with a 15lb one, Today, I didn't get as much of an earlier workout in and I had to take a break for a call at 500 reps. So I ended up doing at least 2500. Yeah, at least because I might have miscounted a bit and when I think that's happened, I revert back to my last count of 100 to make sure I get the full set and then some in. so it could have been 2600 or 2700. Obviously, you won't want to try and go that hard but I bet you could do at least 150 or 200 reps with proper technique. It works the entire body and you'll feel like a Warrior Queen as opposed to just a Blood-Queen. Hmm, Warrior-Blood Queen?
