Her voice is grating and clashed pretty hard with her old model, she's not good at games at all, and all of her "pro" accolades came from much better players constantly carrying her.
She thrived in Niji because she could hide her weaknesses better, left alone she flounders and all her bad points stand out, she also doesn't have any handlers or a corporation to take the brunt of her stupidity, and as well have seen she crumbles at even the tiniest bit of resistance, her bully shtick worked because her co-workers in the corpo didn't push back.
She's set for life off the "niji abused me" pity train but simply put, Doki just sucks as an entertainer.
