light hygiene is what causes 95% of sleep disorders nowadays
cut off blue light
don't stare at LCDs 1 hour before bed
replace lightbulbs with warmer colors unless you're doing intense work
chug some yogurt or omelette hour or so before bed
keep water on bedside
consider custom-made earplugs if you're light sleeper
get a humidifier
replace your pillow regularly it sheds and starts to clog your nose eventually
wear warm socks but sleep in cool room under a blanket
Sure for some really fucked up lads this advice is worthless but they're a glaring minority.
For majority fixing sleep is THAT easy.
I would do it myself if I didn't have chuubas to watch at night.
