Almost any given puzzle seems obtuse at first but the more information you get the more simple they become to the point of not even registering as obstacles. So the difficulty basically self adjusts based on how confident you feel.
There are some parts where this isn't true like the tower of quantum knowledge but they're rare and the result is that the game has no more sticking points than the average game.
Gura's problem as always would have been her extreme sociopathy and emotional apathy making her drop yet another thing for no reason without ever really getting stuck.
