I watched the movies, that's why I mention the changes. Z was under 300 episodes, even with original combined still under 500. Animation quality only picks up very late, like late Zamasu and ToP. Everything before that is really on budget, even U6 tournament, that's why I'm talking about early arcs.
>Don't lie.Whis literally makes them start from scratch. Goku "dropping his guard" gets introduced, when in Z it was never a thing. Goku being bewildered at the concept of getting stronger through meditation (even when he is shown meditating earlier in DBS - inconsistency)
I think we mostly agree on many points tho, so no reason to fight and go on a huge post again. There were good parts, but the anon asked why DBS gets hate, and I listed things that personally annoyed me when watching. I also dislike Brolly remake into a Tarzan, even if the movie looked amazing. Super Hero literały copying Gohan's SSJ transformation against Cell was kinda eye rolling (and that hair is so stupid).
The series just kinda goes nowhere. I'm still gonna watch Daima, I just think Super is like 4/10 early on and maybe 7/10 by the very end, and that's still only because of certain moments that were kinda fun (like yeah, UI was hype, which I mentioned, it's just very wonky as a "transformation")
