In the end, If I remember right, the final straw was when trying to set up her genshin account (which they OK'd initially, but then rugpulled her later saying she'd have to make a new one and whale it up to streaming level because of course) the new 2-week-old hire they assigned to manage the ENTIRE WAVE was too incompetent to answer her questions or help her get set up properly, so she ended up in frustration trying to contact the "nice" manager who actually trained her for help or advice, and that manager reported her for "sidestepping operational workflow" was enough to trigger the termination iirc. Then, right before termination, they sent her a silencing contract that would prevent her from defending herself and basically threatened that if she didn't sign it and let them smear her, they'd smear her even harder, and gave her only an hour to decide, which wasn't even enough time to contact Sayu's lawyer. It's assumed that Yugo and the other ex-nijis except Selen signed that contract.
But that's only why she was fired. If you have a half hour, I recommend watching this video. It goes into detail the kind of strategies Niji used to get the sisters to fucking hate her to the point of trying to get her to kill herself for over a year.
