A few are exceptions, like Kanata's focus is about just swinging with a fuckton of SOUL which is the game's version of damage. Noel and Flare have quite a few cards that interact with one another, and a lot of Watame's cards are very supportive.
Mio/Fubuki unfortunately don't have any cards that reference one another. I'm hoping that if Hololive gets another set of support, which might have decent chances since the two sets that came out for it did really well commercially, we will get more cards that let the holo's uniquely shine better.
