You can argue that management lied or misled her into thinking this, or that Sayu is innocent, but nothing Kotoka said indicates that she did anything to wrong Sayu. Her biggest crime was unironically not wishing her well over being fired? Come the fuck on.
>Zaion is in a call with her manager and genmates where she says she gives up and wants out because management were ruining her life (I actually believe this Niji management is awful)>Kotoka tries to convince her to stay and that they can work through it and promised they'd support eachother>Zaion refuses because she doesn't want to work with the current management>Zaion gets suspended and kicked from all the Niji servers for insubordination because management are shit>Kotoka and Zaion never talk after this>Zaion gets fired>Kotoka releases a statement that she felt hurt by Zaion's departure but that she can't forgive her for some unnamed thing she did behind the scenes>Sayu takes offense to this and decides to go scorched earth>Her fans start harassing Kotoka calling her a snake>Sayu then contacts Kotoka offering to "reconcile" aka call off her attack dogs>Kotoka doesn't respond>Sayu takes even further offense to this and complains to her fans about being ghostedI'm not sure how I'm supposed to side with Sayu here. The proper course of action would've been to just move on and go their separate ways like professional adults. Waging a nearly 2 year crusade to ruin Kotoka's life isn't exactly a good way to reconcile with her.
