>>78273395i dont really want to discuss but
you have to consider lots of things related to Japanese work culture and Japan itself before trying to assume things or foresee an outcome
you will need to study that for yourself by leveling up your weebness
the most common thing that affects and causes most of the problem is that who is on top will guilty trip who is bellow
and who is bellow will get gaslighted
>how is it like from the manager pov though?>balancing/stopping them from going full retard doesnt seem easy because the talents can also bite back right? its not a complete "i said this so its my way or the highway" it seems like a back & forthwithin Cover Corp, the manager has more power than the talent on everything
only a few talents tried to confront the managers successfully but they got fucked in the process
example:
Okayu: sololive had fucked up model, fucked up transitions and burned the cat's streams quality (in her opinion), and due her confrontation with managers, that dont even know how to use the internet, she got cucked out of her stress relief (for her) content (lewd streams for memberships) during the whole time
Marine: dunno a lot but got stressed the fuck out while trying to push her projects through even though her ideas weren't even that crazy
Suisei: she knows all the japanese bullshit in the industry so everything seems smooth but if you watch her you will see that she can get by only because she can be a real bitch (not a bad thing for her viewers) when necessary and thats stressful
Korone: she got ghosted from projects during her most memeable phase, she had not a single project for her during her boom because management just let her rot in the corner, we only know that because she said so during some random stream, since then she does almost everything by herself regardless of who her manager is, in result she get more affected by personal health problems with her and her family hurting her streams
Coco: at the very beginning her manager was trying to pull out the Japanese bullshit on her and she just made the manager throw the towel and fuck off by being american lol, but during the chinkcaust it was too much Japanese bullshit for her to handle, it made her sick fr (depression) and thats why she couldn't win this time
>>78273395>and i think another thing to consider is talents are more in-tune with the fans than the manager, fuwamoco going "we're forcing these streams into our schedule because we wanna spend time with you ruffians!!" makes me think its hard for their manager to go 'stop spending so much time with your fans' because fuwamoco could be like 'no but spending time with fans is how we relax' etcsadly it doesnt work with Cover Corp specifically, the manager could just suspend them but if they are streaming now its just because the manager let them to do so
>keep in mind these are just hypothetical cause i dont know how management-talent interactions go on behind the scenes,we only have a glimpse of what happens behind the scenes based on the talents reports and the feeling of the moment, we cant catalog everything day-to-day to prove anything but every time some good "common sense" suggestion gets through the improvement is clear
