The reason why there are so many conflicting statements is that their both nothingburgers that get combined into one schizopost rrat. In the "Don't DM your oshi she'll hate you forever" it was sparked by some retard being a weirdo in DMs then talked about how vtubers aren't your shrink and that you shouldn't trauma dump, act like a creep/weirdo, or be an asshole in a vtubers chat with minor connections to GFE content.
