If you speak Japanese, Suisei said in an interview that she is the most herself when she's streaming with Miko, so watch MiComet Raft and OneBlock I guess. For Mocopi streams you don't have to understand Japanese, they're mostly slapstick. Shiraken Minecraft is also good.
I wonder if someone has cobbled together some kind of movie of the Rust arc from multiple POVs. That was cool, but as a Hololive event where Suisei played her own role.
For solo streams, I personally quite like (Chilla's) horror game streams and I mean, zatsudans are the streams where you learn about her better. Tetris and
