Yes, sometimes you can end up getting a bad gacha roll and have a shitty personal manager or a upper staff who really don't want to help with your projects but that's an even bigger reason for you to stand your ground and talk with them. If you don't want to deal with this then you shouldn't even consider applying to hololive or any vtuber agency in the first place unless you want to become disillusioned with the fact that it is a job and jobs can be a bitch even if you're working with something that you're passionate with. Shit isn't perfect unfortunately but that doesn't mean you should just give up when things don't do your way.
