I've previously made small adjustments to her tummy, shoes, tail, boob size, but the other details are too subtle for me to really want to do right now. You can probably grab the eye texture from the new model and paste them in there, but beyond that you might maybe want some overlay textures for the face and adjustments to the hair. I don't really have that much of an eye for detail right now, and I'm sure there's a more dedicated KK guy with a newer version who might do it.
