People have been speculating on why Kiara was fraternising with Ethyria. I think the answer is now obvious. JCorpo autism makes it very difficult for Hololive to rescue a Liver, but that doesn't apply to rescuing a Liver's accessories. Millie's Hat is finally in a better place where it can form a warm a head more deserving and appreciative.
