They lectured her about procrastinating her deadlines and streaming when she has work to do and now she's banned from streaming when she has projects she needs to address. But on days where her voice is tired/congested she can't do recordings, so rather than streaming she just has to sit there and do nothing because it doesn't "look good" to have her streaming when she has due dates coming up.
