Hey champs, wadAnon here with a short update on the SpookyMap.
Finally finished putting the catacomb/mausoleum section together and have now moved on to doing the evil church.
Only one real area that I sketched out after the church so once that's done (eventually) then it'll just be combat testing and making sure my traps or any SELF REFERENCING SECTORS DON'T FUCKING BREAK.
Anyway, area 4: the evil church is the current area I'm working on, each different area in pic rel is themed to something spooky like a graveyard, mine, etc.
Part of why I'm taking so long (beyond being a slow mapper and busy playing mgs3) is I'm trying to make the levels look as not shit as possible and also make more traps that aren't monsters hidden around a corner.
Kind of wish I could map faster, feels annoying with how long I'm taking when romero somehow threw perfect hatred together in 6 fucking hours.
