there's a reason why nijisanji talents all dance around auditions questions these days because they can't say the quiet part out loud that the vast majority of applications gets toss out.
Look closely at the PL of every new corpo talent and see if you can see any of them that had low numbers, and no, even the holostars had 10k~ twitters or decent size yt pls.
the only exception is Hex from Xsoliel with 3k twitch and he has a voice buff.
