They said "nothing can be done, it's how twitch chat is" but unless someone directly says a slur they never do shit, 90% of TO in twich are either Neuro/Evil or the auto-mod bot. There was one time maybe yesterday when the blacklisted 'uuh' for 5 mins and the chat improved.
For me solo Evil/Neuro streams will always be bad because of that
