She seems to genuinely care for the talents beyond her professional obligations and really wants them to succeed, so I could see her maybe trying to stick things out for as long as possible just because of that. I can't imagine she'd be happy to just leave them all in PPP's "care" for the remainder of their time at Tsunderia.
